So this blog is primarily for my research and technical activities, but I really wanted to make a post about something my sister has started doing. Fraser and I tend to buy the exact same electronics and have a difficult time telling them apart. Initially, I went on places like eBay and Amazon (this was in pre-Etsy days) and hunted through thousands of laptop decals and didnt really find anything that I liked. When I got my Surface Pro (which is black, not silver), there were next to no decals available.

Recently, I found out about a SUPER FANTASTIC product called a Sillhouette Cameo that would let my sister and I make our own decals, paper crafts, fabric cut outs, etc. in whichever colors we wanted. Needless to say, all of my electronics (i.e., laptop, external hard drive, power adapters, VGA adapters, etc.) are now customized in a way that expresses my nerdy / Disney.Pixar personality!
